Restaurant Les Neiges D'Antan

Storico ristorante a pochi km da Cervinia. Ambiente accogliente con camino all'entrata e struttura prevalentemente in legno ma moderna. Servizio attento e cortese con massima disponibilità alla variazione dei piatti in caso di richiesta. Menù vario (carne e pesce oltre a piatti vegetariani) basato su prodotti tipici locali; porzioni buone e piatti curati. Cantina eccellente. Prezzi nella media considerata la zona. Clientela altamente fidelizzata da oltre 20 anni. Una tappa obbligatoria quando si passa di qui.

Went here on a very snowy day since we were staying next door. Did not know what to expect but could not have been a better experience. Very welcoming staff and owner. Went to the lounge while they prepared our table and had a cocktail. Beautiful space and worth a visit on its own. Negroni and Old Fashioned were both well made. Tried the beef cheek for dinner which was delicious and went with their suggested wine based on our price point which was excellent. If we had stayed another night we would have gone here again.

Absolutely loved it! We first got to enjoy the lounge with a fireplace and nice cocktails. Then we had dinner with great wine and the meat was so tender! Nice ambiance and great food, we even had a grappa from the house. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Questo Ristorante così come l’hotel che lo ospita è semplicemente di livello superiore. Ludovico e la famiglia (proprietari dell’hotel) sono fantastici e ti fanno sentire a casa. Il cibo è ottimo con offerta ampia del territorio e sempre stagionale, ed una cantina del vino ampia e ricercata. Gli ambienti adiacenti al ristorante poi sono uno spettacolo vero sia il salotto con bar che la sala con camino open e sala con oltre 3000 dischi che gli ospiti possono suonare liberamente. Posto pazzesco e consigliatissimo sia il ristorante che l’hotel con spa dove poter godere di sano relax sia dopo le sciate invernali che dopo le passeggiate estive.

Il ristorante di questo albergo è uno dei migliori della valle qui non si viene solo per mangiare ottimi piatti rivisisitati della cucina valdostana ma anche per passare un esperienza che parte dall'aperitivo nel vecchio bar degli anni 30 per terminare nel moderno e caldo lounge

Une expérience tout simplement inoubliable. Dès l'entrée du restaurant, le ton est donné : un lieu magnifique qui marie à la perfection le cachet du passé et une touche de modernité, dans une atmosphère calme et soignée. L'accueil est à l'image de l'endroit, à la fois chaleureux et très professionnel. Le repas fut un festival pour nos papilles du début à la fin. Les plats, raffinés et élaborés exclusivement avec des produits locaux, nous ont conquis. Mention spéciale pour les gnocchis en entrée, qui sont de loin les meilleurs que j'aie jamais mangés...à égalité avec le Cervin en dessert ! En bref, un dîner mémorable. Il est certain que nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.
